Hello everyone,

	We have a 1200s.f. loft space on the ground floor at the Brewery that
is divided up 4 ways.
We have two of the areas available as day space. It is a great location
for the Artwalk (it is one of the hot boxes).
Currently we are a painter and a welder (most all of the welding will
be outdoors, only 4-5 days a month).
	It is a fresh new space and will be available on the first of April.
	Each studio area is $400/month plus security deposit. You are welcome
to take both, of course.
