Maybe you are all new to the land of mailing lists BUT you need to 
unsubscribe yourself NOT send a note to the group hoping for it to magically happen... 
this is a group mailing list NOT a personal one so the way to opt out isn't as 
simple as a "unsubscribe me" email...

all you need to do is go to your account and do it... here is a link to help
