[DowntownArtists] LOFT OPEN IN MY BUILDING - good deal

FYI -

there is a loft, approx 2,300 sq ft, in my building with a rent around 
$2900..

I have been in this unit, it is neat - there is an interior wall that is made 
of windows, lots' of light, cement floors and it is also ok to build up the 
inside any which way you want. YOu also get you own small PRIVATE patio and I 
believe, though it may have changed, you get a small unit below you too that is 
great for storage...

Pets of any type are ok too!

it is near 7th and santa fe, just on the edge of the artist district in 
downtown...

if anyone is interested, let me know and I can connect you with the owner and 
also give you the inside scoop on our building...
