Greetings,
The Art Worlds season is in full swing. All reports indicate that artworks are changing hands at quite a quick pace. The outlook seems pretty much positive, as the rate of new galleries opening, compared to gallery closures this season is about 2.5 to 1. Sales tend to fluctuate at each venue. Galleries and individual artist's activity appear to vary based on two things: momentum created by existing reputations, as well as concerted marketing efforts.
Coagula Art Journal, Issue #89, goes to press Sunday, November 4th. Distribution throughout the art world will begin a week later. Please contact us to advertise to our readership all activities taking place between 11/13/07 and 1/15/08. Now is a good time to promote your upcoming events, or to inform/remind folks how to find and contact you. If you tend to plan well in advance, this is an opportunity to publish your entire schedule for all or part of the coming year. Space in the magazine is limited, please reserve yours as early as possible. Staff will be working throughout the next ten days and are available to help prepare your ad art, if needed. We prefer to receive ad copy and designs by Friday, November 2nd. However, if you, like us, tend to get things done at the last minute, call us anyway, we'll do our best to squeeze in your ad during the weekend of November 3rd and 4th.
New: Now In Full Color
Recently we've added color advertising and editorial coverage to Coagula Art Journal. Color graphics can be any size: quarter, half or full pages. We can even accept "full bleeds" which are designs that print to the edges, without a box frame, if you like. Give us a call to discuss technical
specifications and other details.
Ad Space closes: Friday, Saturday, Sunday - November 2, 3, 4.
